No need for an Ipad (apple?) printserver, if all your pc's can print through the network, then get app on the ipad that connects to the printer, the same way a pc connects to it.
here is an example of what i mean.

If u gett FingerPrint from http://www.collobos.com/ ur probblem is solved aswell. FingerPrint acts as a printer server for iOS units and can show alla printers ur PC can connect to as possible print devices for ur iOS devices w/o installing any app on the iOS devices. It advertises all the printers as AirPrint devices on the network.
If an app can print, it's just pick'n'choose!
