If you didn't do the firmware update the errors could be a result of this. If you did then the disk us failing. See the pending sector.

thank U man...
I'll try to reflash f4eg.exe maybe time ago I've made an error flashing in the wrong way this fw (F4EG.exe)
PS: this disk with another it's pretty new :'(
