Upgrade from 9.2.0.1 rev 972 to 9.3.0.2 rev 1349

Post by wesselspeed »

Hello I'm running NAS4Free 9.2 rev 972 full install on a 60 GB hdd with 2gb 'root size' (should have made it bigger  )
And a 3TB WD red for storage (UFS nothing fancy)
The only extension i have installed is minidlna.
I would like to upgrade to the latest version, but 2GB of storage is not enough, in need 2,6 GB.
Can i expand the root size because I have more than enough free space on my hdd?

what is your reason for using the full install?

in nearly all cases you can achieve the same by using jails.

also see the yellow text from

I have allways useded a full install and it has always served me well so why change now?
So is it possible to expand the system space or do i have to install nas4free from scratch?
