Re: ZFS Stripe to ZFS RaidZ
NO, as long as I know, sorry.
You need to save data in a backup, and create raidz1 from scratch.
Please consider to create 2 pools to have better performance, 2 pools of 4 disk is a good balance between free space & cost.

12.1.0.4 - Ingva (revision 7743) on SUPERMICRO X8SIL-F 8GB of ECC RAM, 11x3TB disk in 1 vdev = Vpool = 32TB Raw size , so 29TB usable size (I Have other NAS as Backup)

Re: ZFS Stripe to ZFS RaidZ
I'm running that right now with a SAS expander, great choice. Fully supported and great speeds. If you want more than 8 drives later, get a sas expander from chenbro and add away.
