My installation of Plex into TheBrig jail have one drawback. Due to jail network configuration Plex is seen as DLNA server only a few minutes after start and then disapears. alexey 123, our guru, is in process of addressing this with new version of TheBrig - but in the future.
I have found and tested a simpler solution - Plex installation directly to chroot. It works fine for me from 20 Dec 2014. A few dozens of Russian users had sucessfully made it too in according with instructions from my blog

BE CAREFULL - google translator could slightly corrupts code!
But installation is very alike to instrallation into jail, really purpose of above mentioned post was language-specific things, first of all kinopoisk.ru, a service alike IMDB
So I could recommend direct installation of Plex to chroot as free from network problem, connected with jailed installation.
PS There is prooven workable way to transfer all Plex libriaries to new installation
