Hi All,
we are using rsync for sync between 2 logins . now we required to sync to remote server in which login is created with chroot Jail in openssh [ only sftp is allowed, ssh & scp are disabled ] .
so when executing rsync to remote server i am getting below error
protocol version mismatch -- is your shell clean?
(see the rsync man page for an explanation) rsync error:
protocol incompatibility (code 2) at compat.c(171) [sender=3.0.6]
i am able to connect remote server via sftp without password using key based authentication successfully.
kindly help in achieving rsync for chroot login .
