M1015 (IT Mode) + LSI SAS 9207-8i LUN problem?

Just I just put in a LSI SAS 9207-8i along with a M1015 (IT MODE) controller... I noticed that the LSI BIOS doesn't let you set the controller to a different LUN on either controller; both at P16 firmware. And I am getting this in my log


Should I worry about these log messages? Or this is something not related to LUN differentiation?

Actually I just checked... there is a separation between mps0 and mps1 now... So what is causing these error? do I need to reload NAS4Free for the correct drivers or something?

I looks like driver issues... it sees the drive at only 600MB/sec should be 6Gb/sec.....

Open to ideas here

Ok here are some of the troubleshooting I have done....

Flashback to P15 = Failed.. Same results, P17 = Failed... Same Results, P20 = Failed Same Results.

I pulled the card and 2 drives, and installed it on a Windows machine. Booted and installed the drivers for the SAS2308 and the drives are working fine, as they should.

Just for kicks... I loaded up NAS4Free Beta 10.1.0.2.1454... no more errors from the 9207-8i card..... I guess I am now forced to BETA test as well... lmfao

NOTE: I upgraded the M1015 and SAS 9207-8i to P20 and still works, with no errors
