When I turn on my NAS, it's starting to boot and after few time, I get last line : load NOP GEOM class
and nothing more
Somebody has an idea?
What could be the problem ?
Many thanks for your help

Which type of maintenance ?
Perhaps a bad connection of Sata cable.

Re: NAS doesn't boot after shutdown
So
One disk seems defective
My nas is booting with a new HD
But this new HS came from an old ZFS pool
How can I add it to my pool?

Re: NAS doesn't boot after shutdown
well the error in the file <0x0> means an error in the metadata. i.e the file system information, which is really bad.
what is the output of the mount command?

Re: NAS doesn't boot after shutdown
Hi
I'm coming backe after some weeks very busy
I start to replace ALL SATA cable for my 6 hard drive
But I get same error for same Hard disk
Really crasy. Is it a cable issue?
Is a too small power supply able to do that ?

Re: NAS doesn't boot after shutdown
new sata cables wont make the errors on the drive disappear.
Nas4Free 11.1.0.4.4517. Supermicro X10SLL-F, 16gb ECC, i3 4130, IBM M1015 with IT firmware. 4x 3tb WD Red, 4x 2TB Samsung F4, both GEOM AES 256 encrypted.

Re: NAS doesn't boot after shutdown
i was talking about the state of your array.
you should change the sata cables. but those are the least of your problems.
