p.s. sourceforge download page says 10.1.x is the latest build -- might be misleading to newbies like moi

It's depend on your hardware. If possible, please help 10.1 testing.

Yes, you can upgrade from 9.3.0.2.1556 to 10.1.X or 10.2.X.
