First timer on the way to a Plex install. having problems with Jail

I've installed NAS4Free 9.3, created a ZFS Pool drive and mounted it.

Following this ([HowTo]viewtopic.php?f=79&t=4971[/url]

I was able to install a jail and execute jls, I see that it is up and running.

but, when I try to log in using:

jexec 1 csh

I get an "Operation is not Permitted error."

can you guys give me some pointers on where to start looking for a solution?

post complete shell input/output, I suspect you are not root that is requiered.

i logged off then logged in as admin. Admin has primary group Admin in Access Groups.

$ jexec 4 csh

jexec: jail_attach(4): Operation not permitted

you need to log as root , not as admin.
