Instead of upgading I guess it made a fresh install and now I can't access any data anymore. Is there a way to solve this? I thought of makeing a user with all rights. Or is there a simpler way? Of course I didn' make a backup on forehand

Data not accessible
Hi, ik have updated my nas (1 os disk 2 data disks) to 10.2.
Instead of upgading I guess it made a fresh install and now I can't access any data anymore. Is there a way to solve this? I thought of makeing a user with all rights. Or is there a simpler way? Of course I didn' make a backup on forehand

Re: Data not accessible
go to disk page and use buttons down of the page, to import disk.
if you use SoftRAID this is all, if are ZFS you need to import and sync your pool .
of course you need to recreate shares and activate services by and.

Re: Data not accessible
I did import and sync but when I try to make shares I don't see the old ones. When I make new ones they are of course empty.

Re: Data not accessible
Can you confirm that your filesystem looks OK - but you have a problem with the shares.
If thats the case, I hop you did System|Backup/Restore - Backup configuration/Download configuration
If so all you need to do is System|Backup/Restore - restore configuration

Re: Data not accessible
you need to reccreate shares, but your data is safe and accesible, only need to create shares in webGUIthat point to data.hanske wrote:it made a fresh install and now I can't access any data anymore.
