Can't enable web access on OPT1

A have two subnet and two LAN card on NAS4free (tried on x64 and rpi2). I can ping both Ip but can't access the Web GUI on the OPT1 IP. I add the subnets in the General menu

Not designed for OPT.
WebGUI IP will get from LAN interface only.

It means NAS4Free WebGUI accessable with LAN IP address only.

Yes, but you can enable other networks in the general setup and route to your LAN, which should achieve what you are looking for. That's what I do, anyway.
