System Advanced Command Scripts

Command scripts are used to execute a command

  • PreInit - After initilizing the kernel
  • PostInit - After starting all services
  • Shutdown - Before shutting down NAS4Free

This feature is for advanced user. It isnt needed for the daily work of your NAS4Free.

The example on the screenshots will copy all logfiles to /mnt/data/log-19012017

Other examples:

Command:
fsck_ufs -y /dev/ada1
Type:
Shutdown

This will do a filesystem check to the given drive before the system shutdown.
