System Advanced Command Scripts

Command scripts are used to execute a command

  • PreInit - After initilizing the kernel
  • PostInit - After starting all services
  • Shutdown - Before shutting down NAS4Free

This feature is for advanced user. It isnt needed for the daily work of your NAS4Free server.

The example on the screenshots will copy all logfiles to /mnt/data/log-17012017

Click on the icon to create a new Command.

Click on the icon to manage an existing Command.

Other examples:

Command:
fsck_ufs -y /dev/da1
Type:
Shutdown

This will do a filesystem check to the given drive before the system shutdown.
